Bureau of International Scientific Cooperation, with the aim of strengthening the university's scientific credibility in the international arena, was founded in 1381. The main mission of the office is the internationalization of activities and programs, promotion of international cooperation and the utilization of existing capacities in other countries.

The management is in charge of international scientific cooperation and establishing international relations with other universities, research centers and specialized regional and international institutions; coordinating foreign trips for faculty members and the university representatives; providing scientific cooperation agreements with universities and educational institutions abroad; taking necessary measures to invite foreign guests; participating in holding workshops, training courses, seminars, and international conferences; and attending to matters relating to scholarships and study opportunities.

This office works as an independent management under the control of the university ҆ chancellor.
